Sorry they are side ways not sure why I tired of the rotation of phone does not seemed to help and Mobil won't let me down load for some reason has to do with the name on the file

Let's face it - the spotting really detracts.

On that coin there are 2 or 3 spots that have vary small what looks like to me burn holes 1 above the 9 and 1 above the word liberty and I think there is one on the head somewhere what causes this to happen

Looks like carbon spots. I even see them on newer coins. Hard to conserve the coins from carbon spotting. Otherwise nice coin.

Is there a way to deal with the carbon spots on this coin or would that kill the over all value of the coin

No, they are permanent. If you remove them, there will still be a spot underneath. This coin is best rinsed with acetone and put into an airtight to stop it where it is. As they say "it is what it is". If you want a better one, sell this one and buy another - JMHO.

Thanks for the advice will do just that. I was not sure here some people talk about dipping coins and different ways to clean them under different circumstances thanks for advice
