I'm excited about this series. I really admire Lincoln and his legacy. Although I haven't really been interested in the Statehood Quarters I will def grab a few nice examples of these! |

So what are the release dates for the 4 different designs. I take it based upon HOLLYWOOD's post that the first is in 6 days, but when shall the rest hit the streets.

Well here we go again. Another new coin series. That means lots more errors and someone having these coins graded MS 69 or 70. One would think with state of the art (?) minting techniques that erros would be few and grades 69 or 70 would be the norm. But no, the grading services will make another killing certifying more modern coins to be sold to some unsuspecting souls on TV. Sorry for the soap box rant.

Yeah... it's another modern coin with a parboiled-bland design. But, I guess I'll still get a box just for the zinc.
And for 2010, I read that it will be a "heroic image of Lincoln keeping the country together" or something to that tune

Since they are only putting together 50,000 of the special sets has any one heard of a limit on orders?

Know it is the 12th but anyone know what time they start taking orders. The last time I tried to get a 50,000 limited set got on 1st thing in the morning and they were gone already.
