I am interested in additional input on this coin it looks like a DDR to me?

And if so would you get this graded?

The overall size if normal. The tops of the devices are showing circulation wear on of those areas. Look for the devices to be enlarged, showing spread.

Note the distortion on the ONE on the DDR. That is not seen on the OP's coin.
