I'd say EF-40 as well.

XF-40 maybe a push to 45. Very nice coin for the 7070.

Forehead curl seem too worn to make 45. Knockout coin at any grade.

NGC graded her at VF-35. I also thought like a lot of you, that it was at least a 40.
Either way, a great example for my book.
