This appears silver, is very thick and heavy and approx 19mm diameter and at least twice as thick as a nickel.

I think this is queen Victoria who is depicted.
Is this a rupee from Bharatpur? I think I see dates VS1915 and AD 1858.

Is it safe to call this a Bharatpur rupee? Any other thoughts? Mine is slightly smaller than the one in the link. Cataloge number? I would be ecstatic to find out for certain (these "unknown" coins bug the heck out of me! ).
