Hi,
Ran across a 1971s penny, the date and mint show signs of some doubling, think it may be Mechanical Doubling. It is the only area I see doubling on the coin. If so, wondering, were the date and mint stamped separately than the other text (since they don't show the same issue), or is it die related, or ?
thanks for your help.
Doug
