I'm no sports fan of any flavour, so I had to look it up. From a random web page found by Google:

Quote:
After finishing the previous season without winning any titles, United won "the Treble" of the Premier League, FA Cup and UEFA Champions League in 1998-99, the first and to date only side in English football to do so.

Which would, presumably, date your medal to 1999, or shortly afterwards. An actual sports fan could probably tell you which of those three cups depicted was which.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

From left to right... FA Cup, UEFA Champions League, and Premier League.
