This is a medal from the Franklin Mint's series titled Rugged Americans for the Husky Oil Co circa 1970.

There are 13 medals in a complete set.

The others being: Wild Bill Hickok, Sacagawea, Wyatt Earp, Crazy Horse, Chief Joseph, William Clark, Buffalo Bill Cody, Sitting Bull, Geronimo, Meriwether Lewis, Bat Masterson and Black Hawk.

Here's the Wyatt Earp Husky Oil token from the 1970 series. I guess there was a board game with punch out slots for all 13 coins. You can see the Franklin Mint mintmark on both sides of the coin.
