1882 CC Morgan GSA VAM Help Needed

Just obtained this one full of clashes obv and rev., neck, lips, cap, leaves, spiked wing, vertical line below In, CC mm appears normal. Minimal obv marks. I reviewed VW and best I can tell is might be 3b or 3c.

Agree it's VAM-3B or 3C. Without a better view of the cap, I'd lean towards 3B.

I think 3B as well. I can see the die crack above/ through the cap but it appears the break with displacement has not yet formed.

I looked again at the Cap and there is a small crack forming in the field at the Cap but not developed to the extent for 3C.

3B it is.
