I'm not finding any posts about the last six quarters for 2009 that are part of the State Quarter program. I know that they are for territories, but is there no interest in them? Does any body know if the mint will issue them to the public as a regular quarter of just in mint and proof sets?

I got my 2009 Proof Set of these in...... But, about a quarter inch on the rim of one......well....it has what might be some damage !..... I haven't had the chance to look closely yet......but if it IS damage and not just some cardboard from the insert hole.... Why I'm gonna.... ....uhhhhh........well......I guess have to send it back !...... By the way.....the qtrs. aren't even put in the "insert holes" properly !.....they're all uneven, unlevel, crooked...(and if that one IS damaged....Grrrr ) this "quality control" is just ABYSMAL AT THE MINT !..... MAKES ME SOOOOO MAD to see and hear of so much "bad quality" and poor handling from the Mint all the time on here !Why wouldn't they take care with "Proof" and "Silver Proof" and "Gold Proof" and just anything that is "the best of the best" ? NEVERMIND........I KNOW WHY !

JBuck,
Why do you recommend removing them from their packaging?

Quote: Why do you recommend removing them from their packaging? It is not that I recommend it, so much as it is what I do; I build album sets. Everyone has a right to house them the way that makes them happiest. The comment was just me having some fun with my good friend eaglefoot. But in my opinion, given the quality of the mint's packaging these days, I can honestly say I think the coins are better off in an album.

"IF" they're all in good shape....(still gotta check that one)....then I will be mailing them to the Carolina's for the free service of " JB's Crackin' & Packin' Company".... Then, all I have to do is wait by the mailbox for my complete/up to date albums to arrive !......
