I just found this one and I am a bit confused. Can there be a doubling on just one part of a coin and no where else ? This one is strange and I have never seen one before. I included a pic of a normal coin for reference. This is an Olive on the olive branch. Let me know what you think.

looks like MD for that leaf. Notice how the leaf is narrowed and is step like. If it were doubled, the leaf would be wider than normal.
The other option is that the leaf just took a hit and flattened it a bit on the edge.
