1907 Indian Head, What Snow #?

I came across this and finally got around to imaging it.
I think it might be a snow 11 or 7, but I am not sure about the position of the 1 in regards to the denticles. I dont think its a 9 because both shield points are not connected. thoughts appreciated.

Date position is correct (1 over center of denticle, upward slant - 1 is closer to rim than 7)
Die chip in 9 is correct (between tail of 9 and lower loop)

Check for the die line that connects the 0 and 7 about 1/4 of the way up from the left base of the 7, connecting the two numbers
I think I can faintly see it in your close-up of the 7
