I personally think this dime is a high ms grade, and I think it has full bands. But I'm no expert, so I just wanted to see what you guys thought.

Suggest posting full(er), large and sharp pics. Better lighting (diffused) will show more detail. Full bands are not uncommon on lightly circulated dimes produced over the last few years.

Mid MS Dime .Top bands are FS , bottom bands look 99% split from photo provided . One small scratch on reverse right side of torch flame .
