I really enjoy collecting coins and got pulled into the hobby by grandfathers on both sides. I'm constantly learning new thing (easy to do when you're starting from nothing), and I'm sure I will be asking a lot of questions to the forum. Thank you all for the support!
While maybe not my most numismatically valuable, many of my favorite and most treasured pieces are the pocket change of my ancestors that I was lucky and blessed to inherit. I have really enjoyed working on date sets with my own daughter filling in some of those date holes, and for example, our V nickels when done will have 5 generations of fingerprints. May your soul guide you wherever it may in this hobby and enjoy the slow and occasionally thrilling ride! It's always interesting!
