It's a large date, no to seeing any doubled die, as for value I'll let others comment but I assume basically worth face value or metal in this condition.

The flattening on the zero is coin contact. From another coin or a vending machine experience.

The affected areas on vending machine damaged coin is usually on the last digit of the date. Often affecting the devices in a almost parallel to the rim fashion.
Coin contact is seen as an incuse mark on the coin, or when hit on devices an altered device.
Coin wrapper damage will leave an incuse mark on the coins mostly on the raised devices:

Coin Scratches can be on any area of the coin, but always leave an incuse mark on the coin. These will have a trench with a flat bottom. Often with raised metal on each side of the affected scratch area:

These add no value to a coin and are damage post strike, making the coin into a cull coin when this happens.
Bent coins are seen often as either intentional damage or the coin was used as a purpose that the coin was not designed for. (screwdriver)

Vise Squeezed Coins: Altered coins to try to make a coin look like a mint error. They fool only those that are unfamiliar to coin collecting. After the coin is damaged and they realize it doesn't look anything like a mint error, they spend them. People find them. Other ways coins are altered as well:

These are all damaged coins. Now cull coins. No premium for them. If there were a premium for damaged coins, we would have no coins to circulate as they would all become damaged and expected to have a premium. They don't. The mint cancels these coins and recycles them.

On a doubled die the devices will show on other areas the same way. So just one affected devices usually indicates damage to the coin, not a doubled die. Also a doubled die will show a spread in a raised fashion, not in a flattened fashion. (lower than the other devices)

So when a doubled die happens, other devices are affected, not just one device. The difference? These devices are raised/widened more than a normal device. A line that is incuse doesn't make it a doubled die. Hope this helps. I have more information to show, but don't want you get too much information. If you have a specific question, start a new thread with your question and will the only thing covered. Always glad to help out.
