Difficult to assess given the photos posted. Closer-in, large and sharp pics would be useful. Given what we can see at the moment, the coin likely falls in the XF to low AU range. Value is a solid 25 cents.

This is a good year for Washington quarters. I've seen BU Ds for about 10 USD; the Ps command a higher price in MS condition.
