I am happy to have acquired this medal recently. It is 50mm in diameter and weighs 62.5 grams.

I have never seen another one like it, and my internet research only turns up images of this exact example of this medal.

It commemorates the "first major international competition" of TIRO Federal Argentino (a shooting club) in May 1897.

I almost always find well-preserved gilt medals to be very attractive - this medal is no exception! Nice!

The ribbon on the reverse almost suggests that it could be engraved if desired in that location. I agree it is quite an attractive piece.
