The reverse is very nice - I would actually say EF-45 or possibly even AU-50. The obverse isn't really gradable if you ask me. Significant environmental damage and possibly some verdigris as well. On the order of EF-40 but with megadetails....

with everyone here EF40 details. The verdigris on the obverse looks more modern, I couldn't say if it's settling or if it's just starting so best to take care of it now either way.
