In a $100.00 box of bank wrapped rolls with both sides crimped. PCGS coinfacts mentions only about 1,500 or so in existence, so quite scarce to begin with! Not to mention I was looking for one of these for a good price to begin with, so nearly free beats all of that, so what an elating find! Doubling is so obvious on this one not much magnification is needed... My estimated grade I give this is in the XF to low AUish range.
