I am always looking for funny looking change. I found this 1998D quarter. it is odd to me. I compared it to other of the same year and mint. There is definitely something different. Well to me it sorta looks like he has been wearing a barbed wire bit, it looks like his nose got some too. it looks like it was made that way to me, idk. I am inexperienced at coin particulars. also, looks like a d is stamped in his neck or something of that sort. and before the 8 in 1998, I keep seeing a little 5 when I hold it to the light. please help!!!
im gonna post this then try to figure how to add photos with my phone, I'm at the library atm.

thanks for trying again and getting an image posted up. But we will need to see more of this quarter to help you out. So far I only see gunk build-up below the date, and circulation hits and dings

Given the single photo posted, I'm seeing circulation hits in the neck area and beyond. May even be a reeding hit as well. All post-strike damage.

Without additional photos, all we see I'd post mint damage. If you're still experiencing issues with uploading photos, please look for the Photography section here on CCF, perhaps they can assist you with particular problems.

to the CCF!
