So what's up with this in general I'm going to go out on a limb a say it looks doubled towards edge or center tilted at the same time twice as a close spread. The L and E of LIBERTY shows everything best.

The bottom of the lobe is a contact mark. If it were hub doubling it would be raised above the fields or design. I see no evidence. As mentioned Machine Doubling is more of an issue than hub doubling. Time will tell, but I feel the Obverse will probably not have a doubled ear lobe. The location of the 'X' that marks the spot is further North of that area.

So with the fields on that exact area, they maybe no DDO's on this design. Time will tell, but thinking ahead on what I see on that area.
