So then the error I saw could have been legit? I think I started a seperate thread on coins being struck with the wrong collar but can't remember.
Anyways I would love to continue this conversation when I'm fully awake. If I didn't already start the topic of coins struck in the wrong collar(pretty sure I did), then I will re bring it up:p
Also since installing a die much like preparing the collar is a mint workers job, would this situation be considered a mule?
I feel like I'm blending my last several questions into one big possibility
