@dj, first welcome to CCF. Second, as mentioned above, you talk about doubling on the reverse but posted a pic of the obverse. I do note that cents from the late 1960s are notorious for their dramatic Machine Doubling, especially on the date. Perhaps that is what you are seeing? Please clarify so that we can help you. Thx.

can't tell if the roof is floating as you didn't post up a picture of it. The one picture you did post up is a bit small, can you please try for better images?
