I've not seen this one before. The reverse eagle design is similar to that on some CWT's. I presume it's a white metal piece; this, as opposed to silver? What's the diameter, say half dollar size?

This has the look of a pocket piece and was perhaps carried by a vet. My guess is that these were sold at reunions. Cool item!

the dark are is the shadow of my phone. I'm working on getting a better camera/microscope for pictures. little smaller than than a dollar coin. not sure of the metal, will have to research how to tell without messing it up.
