@reds, that is 100% damage. Someone has sanded off the highest features of this cent and exposed the zinc core. This one is a spender.

Looks like someone sanded Abe down with some sandpaper. Post mint damage, sorry.

First coin a sanded down CENT, second coin - well, please only ONE coin per topic to avoid confusions as to which one is being answered. Now, I'll go over the to new thread for the second coin.
