What does the reverse look like? The obverse looks like it could be a low pressure (die adjustment) strike. Experts will be along with better information once the reverse image is posted.

Your mileage may vary but here is the ebay item number of one that sold for $26 with 22 bids. Seems very pricey to me but hey, 22 bids. 363866300883 (Not quite sure how to post the exact link)

I do agree on this being a struck though grease issue.
