I saw the quarterly special is 5 for 4, however has anyone ever had any success doing this? Or is it just mailing in your coins, handing PCGS money and them mailing back your coins?

PCGS is currently in my "dog house".
They do not seem to be able to perform their function in anything close to a timely manner.
And from some recent personal experiences, their grading is harsh.

So I'm currently using NGC.
