Hi Folks:

One of two coins I nabbed outside of my usual range of French hunting! This one caught my eye 'cuz of the great color and interesting streaking effect on each side. What grade you guys see for this, and what causes the streaking on these?

Very nice. That probably is wood grain toning (caused by the metals that compose the coin not being mixed together well enough and toning differently), but it is hard to tell from the picture. I would say that this is an EF 45 due to the amount of wear on George V's hair.

EF-45 is a good grade for this coin, nice color.
