1991 P LMC What Type Of Doubling Is This ?

This was strange. I usually see doubling as even around letters or numbers but this one is at a angle. Most likely some type of machine of doubling but I'm not sure how they did this one. What do you think ?

Yes, shelf-like doubling that reduces the width of the design elements is MD. This is a great example of that and well done for figuring it out on your own.

If we look of the orientation of doubling, it is a very nice clear Machine Doubling. I am not sure but I think is no premium add for this coin.
