Show and tell time. This dime is showing more die damage than I have ever seen on one dime. I'm showing these as examples for the newbees. There are a lot of die chips like in 2, 3 and 4. Die cracks or maybe die gouges everywhere 1, 6, 7 and 8. I think cracks here. Spike head crack in 5. It does cross into the head in other photos but I limited the photos. I do have one question. Can lamination problems cause fine cracks ? In some of the cracks, I could not detect a raised area and I know that is what is expected on a die crack. What do you think ?

Roosevelt must have a cold.
Lots of sweat and snot.
But seriously lots of great examples of cracks, chips, etc.
New die needed. Fractured.
My opinion.

Yep, that was one cracked up die. Nice close up pictures, however, the full coin images are too pixelated to see any fine detail. Did you notice any chipping or cracking on the reverse?

No... The reverse looked fine. No issues that I could see.
