Hello ,

I found this quarter as I was searching and it looks like the Circle on the reverse side is coming thru the obverse. I took measurements and even measured from where the circle cuts of and goes in to a straight line on the reverse side.. What do you guys think?

the ring is damage, it could be fromm a coin rolling machine or vending machine, just a spender.

Yes, Coin Wrapping Machine Damage. Coin didn't leave the striking chamber in that condition.
