I'm not exactly sure what this is below Liberty. It almost looks like another "I" but is probably a die chip?

It looks like a linear plating bubble. The copper plating has separated from the zinc core and left this raised area. You may be able to depress the feature with the point of a wooden toothpick.

This happens from time to time on zinc core coins. It doesn't add any value to the coin.

If so it will depress under a toothpick. But if not, then it maybe something under the plating. But it is not a die issue/gouge. The location is not an area where this would happen. The weight of the coin could be normal. 2.5 grams
