It sure looks unc, with an even woodgrain brown. I'll put an MS-63BN on it.
Take a close look at that mintmark, make sure it wasn't added. I've seen some pretty good counterfeits of the 1908 and 1909 S cents.

lighting could be altering the actual in hand color. based on the photos it should be RB but I'm thinking in hand its probably going to be darker than the photos show so it could go either way.
if these are sellers photos can you post in hand photos to give us a better idea. the difference in value could be almost double.
the coin looks genuine. nice pickup

This was a "risk" purchase. Returns accepted so I pulled the trigger. Less than $260 shipped. The photos attached were mine, attached here are the sellers photos, cropped of course. I will say the coin has a good bit of Red, but it might grade as Brown. There are some streaks of alloy running throughout, kind of has the woodgrain look, but not as much as others for this date.

I'm not a huge proponent of slabbing but based on your original photos I would consider this one due to the difference in grade and value that could be returned. could be anything from MS63BN to MS64RB. to me the reverse looks RB for sure and the obv has to be assessed in hand as it could go either way.
I'm at MS64 and a shot at RB at any of these grades I think you did really well
