I'll leave it to the experts. Corroded and cleaned, not very attractive.

Definitely not. The easiest way to recognize it is the off center (reverse) clash marks above and through the E of cent, which your coin lacks. What you show in UNITED is just Longacre doubling.

Agree with what @Robbudo said. The off center clash would still be seen in this condition. Not the DDO. Here is what we are referring to.

The doubling you keep posting is known as Longacre doubling. In Longacre doubling, the doubling will surround the lettering, where normal doubling will be shifted to one side. A picture of Longacre doubling on one of my proof Indians......

@Aces - if Longacre doubling carried a premium, that would be one expensive coin there.
