What is the right way to describe this coin, like on ANACS what would the title read? This is circulated of course.

I will say 5 to 10 % off center.

Is the quarter larger then a normal quarter? The lack of rims almost make it look like part of the collar was broken or missing all together.

If larger then a normal quarter then I'd call it an off center broad strike but if not then I'd like to know why united states is only partially showing.

I think it is an uncentered broadstrike.

IMO it looks like it's struck off center and not a
Broadstrike.

No reeds on the outside edge? If no, then it was not struck in the collar. So it would be an off center error.
