The quarter has no ridges at all around tge entire circumference and the dime has all ridges.

Just damage to all 3 coins, spend them.
They didn't look like that when they were struck.

Damage coins, why? Why to sand those coins? Maybe someone need Ni-Cu alloy powder, hope will not inhale this.

Post mint damage to both coins. Looks like someone tried to clean these with sandpaper!
