Don't send it in for grading as you may be paying alot for questionable info. Most TPG's charge more for varieties and evn more if THEY have to ID the variety. Use this site and you can find out yourself or wait until you get a good photo of both sides. It MAY be a DP5, but hard to tell with the photos. Looking at your photographs I can see no obvious die cracks. The reverse looks like a group E reverse based on the short vine break at leaf 7. As okiecoiner mentioned you may want to go to the Haxby 1859 on line catalog and try to attribute it yourself. Without clear photos which will show the stem to leaf 9 and any re-punching of obverse letters, we can't give you much help.
