I've seen the Double HP variety listed on CoinsandCanada.
However, this HP looks like its been punched greater than 2 times - what are your thoughts

Looks like a quad punch; also take a look at the X in Rex so if there is doubling there as well.

1951 was an interesting year for punching or hubbing dies. You can find doubled die obverses in the 1c and 25c coins as well.

How many can you see with a 10x loupe ? Usually if you can't see a variety with your eye (with 20/20 vision) or an 8x loupe, then it's not worth much. I don't see repunches on the H.
Graders and most veteran collectors use an 8x or 10x loupe. If you need a 200x microscope image to see it, not much demand. It could also be that all the so-called double-punched HP's will also show 3 or 4 repunches if checked with a 200x microscope.
