I'm tired so no telling if my eyes are betraying me but this looks like a clash of some sort. I believe I've been incorrect 233 times in a row so I'm not gonna get excited. Is that a D mint mark from a quarter at 7 o'clock? It so how? If not what is it? Thank you as

Suggest you look up and study the meaning of a Die Clash.
You cannot have a clash from another coin.
Hard to tell from the photo exactly what it is, might be a
plating bubble but in any case it looks like PMD.

7 o'clock obverse or reverse? Not seeing it given the images posted. Overall. I agree with JimmyD.

Looks like a plating bubble to me also. There is no way a quarter will fit into the striking chamber of a cent to cause a 'clash'

Thank you gentlemen. I ask because I don't know the answer and I'm not posting coins for sale in ebay that aren't what they appear to be. I respect this community and its treasures at the highest level possible and appreciate your expertise. On to the next one.

Environmental staining and/or chemical damage post mint. Zinc rot has already started.
