2015 P Bombay Quarter With Yellow Toning And Off Center Strike

MattTheMonkey New Member United States 2 Posts	Posted 07/20/2022 04:24 am What would it be called when a 2015 p bombay quarter has yellow toning on the water on the back with the birds? Its also just a hair off center strike. Does it matter how far off center the strike is bc I believe it kind of does? Doesn't appear to have other errors but I'm very green and might not notice them.
