Just got out my Snow book. Looks like this could be Snow-32, which is 1907 9/9 (s), which is a repunching of the 9 to the south, visible in the lower loop. This also has die rust, which seems to match yours, but I want a closeup of the 9 in the date to confirm. With your pictures I have no doubt we can confirm the variety. Snow gives the variety 3 stars and lists it is "quite scarce". The value here seems to be a combination of die rust with the repunching (the whole is greater than the sum of its parts). My book goes up to Snow 51! That is, 51 varieties for 1907, most with minor repunching (like this one here) - and just one with die rust. So it's a cool combination, but sadly, probably not a lot of general interest in them. Rick doesn't give out a lot of 3 stars to his varieties though.
