Now that's a novel idea. Wrong reverse. No returns.

What's the difference with the reverse? I don't know the different types besides the motto addition.

This is the "with motto" reverse.

Am I losing it? I don't see a motto. There are heavy contact marks and graffiti. I see no reason to believe this is counterfeit.

This coin has so many problems that you may be right jcrispies. The reverse field looks like it contains fragments of the motto. The mushy cast-looking strike could be from corrosion, and the full LIBERTY on the ribbon might be from sheer luck. The "contact marks" look like contact was made with golf shoes or crampons.

The "no returns" policy even makes sense. What seller would ever want it back?

@jacrispies - You don't see evidence of the motto on the reverse of this coin above the eagle?

The value of the silver in the plug should be ignored.
Do I seem to be cynical ? - that's OK.

I would avoid a seller with that as their only coin among old car, boat and phonograph parts, cannery tags, and old magazines.
