I'll say VF-35, others would say EF-40 perhaps. Value is less than $15. Usually it doesn't pay to have a coin graded unless it's worth at least $200-300.

EF-40. I'm not convinced this one was cleaned.

I wouldn't say the whole obverse was cleaned, just the Indian's check, chin, eyebrows...in front of the face in the field on the left side and the bottom few feathers...looks rubbed in those areas.
