Looks like an interesting puzzle, but for us to help you, please do the following:
1. Compose a new post in this same thread with the question you are asking and the information you already have about this object. Your title did not come through as intelligible.
2. Please post a photo of the entire object, both sides.
3. Please provide the diameter, even if it is just to compare it to a known object like "about the size of a half dollar."
