Unusual Tugra On Ottoman Coin

Hello,

I've been doing a crash course in Ottoman coins and Tugra today. I've been able to figure out date and ruling sultan of the other two I have but I can not match the tugra on this coin to anything. It appears to have the Islamic date 1329 but the tugra does not match that of Mehmed V.

Can anyone help figure it out? It measures about 21mm.
