No, they are reeding contact marks from other coins. Damage, very common.

AKA as bag marks as they usually occur in the transfer of coins in heavy bags.

yes it has an obverse and a reverse (plus the third side - the reeded edge)
Now that said, When posting up coins try to explain what you are seeing - some of us are not mind readers.
as for the coin, all I can tell is that there are marks that were caused by the reeded edge of other coins. (if that was what you were trying to ask about.
