Dearborn Moderator United States 96451 Posts	Posted 07/25/2022 7:59 pm yes it has an obverse and a reverse (plus the third side - the reeded edge) Now that said, When posting up coins try to explain what you are seeing - some of us are not mind readers. as for the coin, all I can tell is that there are marks that were caused by the reeded edge of other coins.
