this is one bad strike. half of everything imo is strike related. on this one I'm looking at the obv lettering, date and rounded cheek. on the reverse I'm looking at the lettering and lower part of the shield to grade this one.

I'm probably way off but those details are giving me a VF30 coin. what do you take off for the strike if anything?

VG-10 , letters and face nice ; Everything else either worn or weakly struct

I bought it thinking it was a 10 to be on the safe side. It has the overall look of a 20 with all the reverse detail, neck beads and feathers, but I can't get past that weak area on the first part of Liberty. Definitely strike issues. A tough sell job when there are so many nicely struck coins out there for this year.
