Had an hour to burn this morning after breakfast. Went to a small park by the cop shop. Found my oldest coin yet. A 1902 Indian cent. Not bad shape, pretty cool. And a sliver of silver.

That's awesome! Thanks for the feedback on the other post. The only thing I found this morning was snow on the driveway. I'm ready for spring.

Thanks all.
You going to let a little snow stop you T-H? Just messing with you. I did once go out looking with snow on the ground at 19 degrees. Found a 14 gram sliver bracelet. Had to chisel it out of the ground along with all the other finds. Too tough probably won't do that again. But then again I have been known to do stupid things more than once.

The teasing is loosing its effectiveness.. I am heading in to dock from 247 miles out at the grand old speed of 9 knots. I should be in Mobile AL Thursday sometime. If I am lucky my wife will be there to meet me complete with detectors for the trip back to Houston....

Nice finds! I also still have snow (still measuring in FEET!) so it will be a while before I can get out...
