I am looking at the area above the N in united on the revers is this not a Cud it is raised but could not find a listing at all for this coin on Cuds on coins or is it considered something else thanks for viewing and all reply's

it looks like the rim tool a hit from the side flattening the reeding and causing the surface of the coin to rise up a little.
So, no, this is not a Cud.

Given the images so far, not seeing a cud--a Cud as defined for numismatic purposes.
