This one is Breton Number 997, but there are about 50 varieties of this coin.

This type is the cut-knob Ampersand: double H mintmark- struck, in the bottom line of the water, and incuse, above to the right; line to the unfurled spirit sail(the one on the bow sprit), which makes this PE10-39, Lees 39, W228, struck by Ralph Heaton and Sons in Birmingham for Prince Edward Island.
